Relics
If there is documentation available with any item listed for sale, it will be included this documentation will be listed along with the description of the item. On any relic item that have personally found, State, County and date found will be provided upon sale. All relics displayed in the WinRelic Sales lists pages are available for sale. Once an item is sold, it is either marked as sold on the sales page, or it is removed from the sales list. Every attempt is made to not misrepresent any relic or item for sale. Items for sale without history or provenance have been judged to be authentic. Reproductions or questionable material will be identified as such. While authentication of many types of items is purely subjective, in every instance a second, and sometimes a third, opinion has been utilized.
We try to use with each image on the WinRelic site an United States one cent coin or rule for scale. While every attempt is made to keep each item to a one to one scale, attendants do not always make the image ideal. But the cent is always in scale to the relic since the image is taken of both items at the same time.
Prices are subject to change on the site.
Authentication
We offer a thirty day money back guarantee on authenticity. Authentication is an opinion, often subjective on a relic. While some authenticators are more well known, and some more respected than others, at times opinions differ. Please make every attempt to gain knowledge to make a determination yourself. Do not judge the authenticity of an item based on a certificate. Judge the authenticity based on your knowledge of relics and the actual relic. The buyer is responsible for all authentication charges. Any refund of a relic purchase does not include authentication fees, or shipping. Shipping will be deducted from any refunded amount. Any refund must include documented information from the authenticator.
eBay Auction Items
Reserve the right not to sell to buyers with private or hidden feedback. Winner pays all shipping/handling/insurance costs. Payment may be made by check or money order. Not responsible for buyers remorse. Item can be re-listed if payment is not received within 10 days of the close of the auction.
Payment
Items ordered must be paid for in full before items will be shipped. Items purchased by personal or company checks will be held for 2-4 weeks, to allow check to clear.
Product Description
We attempt to describe the items offered on the Site as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Pricing; Shipping; Pricing Errors; Other Errors
Prices offered on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Please see Gift Card Shipping Policy for further information. If the amount you pay for an item is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid. This policy will apply regardless of how the error occurred.
Display
We have made every effort to display the items featured on this Site as accurately as possible. Please note, however, that the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, will greatly affect the colors actually seen on the screen. The Site cannot be responsible for the limitations of your monitor's display of any color or detail. For optimal viewing, we recommend setting your monitor to 1024 x 768.
Insurance
Insurance on all items is suggested but is optional.
EMAIL
Always include your electronic mail address with all correspondence, when purchasing over the Internet. Please include enough money to cover the price of merchandise plus all applicable shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the package. When using regular US mail, only send personal check, business check, Money Order or cashier's check. Do not send cash or third party checks. There will be a $20.00 service charge for all checks returned for any reason. plus legal fees is action is required. Personal and company checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped.
Return Policy - Indian Relics
An inspection period permits customers to return products within 30 days of receipt provided:
- The item are not broken, damaged or in anyway altered from condition of sale, and the item including any documentation are in resalable condition.
- All original package contents are returned in resalable condition
- Please ship your package back to us PREPAID ground UPS or Insured Parcel Post. COD COD shipments are not accepted.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping fees on a return item.
If the above criteria are not satisfactory met, Anderson and Associates reserves the right to send the merchandise back to the customer. Purchases and/or trades made through auctions and/or clearinghouses are sold as is without any warranty either expressed or implied.
Return Policy - Other
- Unless stated otherwise in advertisement of sale, or with prior mutual agreement between buyer and Anderson and Associates, all non-relic purchases a will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping fees on a return item.
Shipping
Advertised prices do not include shipping and handling. For other services or foreign shipments, please Email. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery. Every effort will be made to ship the merchandise at the first available opportunity. Due to normal working hours, shipment may not occur until first Saturday after funds received or check clearing.
Claims
- Freight Claims - All claims regarding damage of any sort must be filed with the carrier (UPS, US Postal Service). Request an immediate inspection from the claims agent, and obtain a written report. Our responsibility ceases at the point of shipping.
- Product Claims - It is our goal for complete satisfaction from our customers. If you encounter a problem with our product, contact us within ten (10) days of arrival.
- We can not warranty damage from misuse or consequential damages.
- We can not warranty shipments to Post Office Boxes.
- Buyers selecting to not ship with certified or return receipt waves all rights to future claims except authenticity of sales item.
